Power Up
A dynamic power vinyasa flow for when your short of time! The majority of this practise is standing, lots of variations for both beginners and more advanced practitioners. This 30 min flow has a little of everything from shalabasana to handstands.
ENJOY! I encourage you to take a full 5 mins at the end for quiet & stillness (savasana / meditation or BOTH!)
