A little about how I got here….

The idea of the Elemental Series first began when I was studying mandala in India ‘19 (with The Yoga People)- it makes so much sense to me to categorise practices in this way. To look at the subtle body (Kosha, chakra and newer ayurvedic systems) to map out classes. The sessions on this site represent where I am in my practice - no doubt classes will evolve as I change and adapt to having now my second baby this June. I want to invite you to not only join these classes but to offer feedback/questions so I can keep this offering fresh and relevant for you. This website was created out of great global change so I am thrilled to share my learning, teaching and continued discoveries with you. Together we shall find awe and wonder on and off the mat.

About Iz….

My focus is on helping my students to return home in their own body

to get anchored in the root of their heart &

to embody their own individual consciousness through breath and movement.

Kind Words

Izzy leads the most beautiful classes. It’s not just her lush sequencing or her fantastic taste in music; It’s that she embodies the space. The air in the room is different in Izzy’s class; safe, magical and healing.
— Lozzy Allman
Having practiced for many years and then attended her classes and a retreat, I would encourage all yogi’s wishing to take their practice to the next level to spend time with Iz, she is pure sunshine.
— Melinda Swann

From India to Italy I’ve travelled far to find my core teachers (who are a real mix of soft and strong!). I’ve trained in ashtanga vinyasa, mandala vinyasa, yin yoga, embodied flows and pre-natal. My style is creative, playful and rooted in philosophy.

I came to practise after struggling with my own physical vessel and ruminating thoughts. So it is a real honour to share what I value so dearly with my students.

If you are a regular at my classes you will know that I back away from overly managing my students, preferring to give just enough cues to empower them to find the best way for their unique bodies, making my classes quietly challenging and thought provoking.

I am constantly considering what I am offering to ensure it is current and evolving, whilst still deeply honouring yogic tradition. I’m based in Shropshire where I hold regular workshops, group classes and retreats around the world.
