A strong and powerful vinyasa which focuses on the back body. Here we begin to trust our heels to draw into gravity. Expect an ashtanga / vinyasa style flow, powerful and energising. Go through a sequence of yoga poses hand picked for your thighs and lower back that fortify while still stretching you out. You'll warm up with Surya A's and B's, then power through an energizing sequence featuring revolved half moon, a tree variation of vashistasana, strong font body reaches and tripod headstand. With arm balances and inversions woven throughout, you'll invigorate your body, get your circulation going, and leave your mat feeling completely recharged.
