Building Connection
So much of todays yoga is focused on asana - on how we look from the outside. But this practice is all about our felt sense of the body. Building the connection between breath and movement. After-all this is what yoga means - to yoke. To combine the body with the breath, the heart with the head, to find the great connection between us and the earth we live on. Expect some variations on the more traditional high lunge and fallen star. A playful practice with a peppering of philosophy ;)
