Enjoy this fluid vinyasa to stretch open your side waist and gently release your hip flexors. Ideal for yogis with an established practice who are in the 2nd-3rd trimester of pregnancy. Tap into your ability to expand from centre through this flow which includes some deep low lunges, fluid movement of the upper limbs to open up the back and side body with some nourishing seated poses to finish. Each asana comes with an essence of support and structure, helping mummy feel grounded and rested.
Please note although this is a pregnancy practice, it’s also the perfect way to unwind from a busy day if you want some movement but nothing too energetic! Your all welcome to give this a go.
