A short vinyasa, starting in seated and swiftly moving onto a juicy standing flow. There are lots of poses incorporated into this all level practice. We’ll move in a mandala like circle around the mat, finding some deep side stretches and forward folds to balance out a few back backbends and hip openers. You could use this flow to just wake up or perhaps shake off a long day!

A slow, meditative flow which will move you from your waist. Here we allow our mind to rest into the mid section of the body, leaning into the lateral lines of our frame to stretch and unfurl from standing to seated poses. Expect some unusual variations on traditional poses such as anjaneyasana and Utthita Ashwa Sanchalanasana (high lunge).

Soft Throat

A short stretch to open the neck, throat and to release the jaw. When we open up the thoracic spine can we lift the head without tightening up the jaw or collapsing the throat? Here we shall look into some arm binds to create a supportive head rest for the head to relax onto. This is a perfect class if you need to relieve your neck after a busy day at gazing at a screen - its short but lovely.
