Prana Apana
A flow which builds slowly into a heated practise of figure of four & eagle (Garudasana) pose. This practise nearly went into the Sun series but due to its strong focus on opening the hips and ladder sequencing this definitely belongs in the Water! Learn to breathe with your full lung capacity as we touch upon Prana Vayu (our upward breath/lifeforce) and Apana Vayu (our downward breath). No matter how compressed the limbs or how challenging the balance find your focus in breathe and drishti (gaze point).
