Prana Apana

A flow which builds slowly into a heated practise of figure of four & eagle (Garudasana) pose. This practise nearly went into the Sun series but due to its strong focus on opening the hips and ladder sequencing this definitely belongs in the Water! Learn to breathe with your full lung capacity as we touch upon Prana Vayu (our upward breath/lifeforce) and Apana Vayu (our downward breath). No matter how compressed the limbs or how challenging the balance find your focus in breathe and drishti (gaze point).

Binding Waterfalls

A well rounded, strong vinyasa. This is a watery, fluid mandala like yoga class, where you'll move from the back to the front of the mat - building your flow with a focus on the hips. Includes advanced level options of handstand & strong variations into utthita parsvakonasana (extended side angle). If your new to binding a strap would be handy here! This creative sequence is sure to test your balance as you look into passive versus active alignments - (a surprisingly sweaty one! Please take child pose whenever you need to ;)
