Clearing Space
A playful, yet gentle water vinyasa full of creative turns and deep hip openers. This is the perfect practise if you want to move but not overexert yourself. Theres a lot of leg work here as we try some zig zag balances from down dog and a twisty transition into half moon. A uncomplicated practise to encourage space and inner awareness.
