Sweet Seat

A short seated practise, working deep into the hips flexors and glutes. Prepare to fold deeply, holding each pose for a few minutes, longer that a vinyasa practise but shorter than a yin like flow. Here we invite space, the essence of ourselves that contains the changes within. This is a light and nourishing practise if you just want to stay seated and grounded to the Earth.
