It is here that we re-charge the body and develop our strength to continue onwards. Prana Flow

This ashtanga inspired vinyasa weaves it’s way through some traditional sun A’s and B’s into a playful and energetic array of standing poses. Some of my absolute favourite transitions are in here! We’ll look closely at triangle and parsvottanasana. (If your a little tight in your hamstrings go grab some blocks). You’ll be surprised just how many poses are in this flow.
