Breath Release
Here we connect with our breath, learn to bend your field of awareness back into centre. An invigorating practice, and a personal favourite to shift my mood or energy. A short, box breath exercise followed by some gentle breath retention in between breaths make for a quick, effective and potent practice.
Lets take in what we desire and release what is not serving us through the power of prana.
