Connect with your innate sense of ease with this steady vinyasa practice. Can we notice a sense of wanting more and more on our mats? How day to day consumerism is perhaps seeping into our practise? Here we drive our senses against the grain. Moving slower, with a long warm-up to open the shoulders, wrists, elbows, hips, feet and ankles. Then find space in a bound reverse warrior, shivas twists and some fun transitions into ardha chandrasana (half moon pose).

Clearing Space

Let’s go back to the root of yoga, what does yoga mean; ‘chitta vritti nirodha’ - which is translated as ‘The calming of mental fluctuations’. We can’t help but have busy, distracted minds but here in this 45 min flow we’ll use this time to remove a few waves from the mental lake of our mind.
