Idol
Here we dive into what wisdom means to you, on and off your mat. Can we envisage who our wisest idols are? What is your epitome of wisdom today? This is really the last class to cover the Kosha system this month and in a way this practice bring it all together. Enjoy moving creativity as we approach half warrior 2, half reverse and even a half prasarita whilst enjoying a little journey through the mind, beneath the ego to our inner intelligence and great innate wisdom.

Power Yoga
A warm rocket vinyasa flow, looking at how we can move from the belly - sharing some thoughtful words from Philip Sheppard who wrote Radical Wholeness. This practise will move you from the front to the back of the mat, looking into deep forward folds, shoulder openers, all with an intention to lead from our stomach. In Japan the word for belly is ‘Hara’, instead of our westernized approach of moving from the top down, this vinyasa plays with a more wholesome approach of moving from the abdomen. A strong practise which includes inversions and other arm balances.

Power Yoga
A warm ashtanga vinyasa inspired flow, looking at how we can experience our practise without our need to constantly label and judge the poses as good or bad. Can we just flow with less emphasis on our inner dialogue of running commentary? Inspired by Chriss Wallis’s Recognition sutras. This practise looks into a little bit of everything, high to low, fast to slow. Enjoy this warm replay.

A creative vinyasa, which looks into how the mind can rebound back into our centre. We all have our own way of rebounding back - to refill our cup. But can we do this while exerting ourselves in our practise? Here we move though a dance like flow, moving from Warrior 3 into Warrior 1 whilst working through some side strengthening poses and asymmetrical lines.
