A strong and vibrant vinyasa practice which looks closely a resilience. Our bodies ability to stand firm and steady. When I mention body I of course mean both the mind and the physical self, and how a dynamic practise of power yoga can represent the minds ability to hold fast, yet stay calm. The mind and body are one of the same - they are intertwined. Can we sense into this concept as we flow, as we rest in the assurance of our own strength.

This is a strong ashtanga/vinyasa inspired flow, expect lots of fun transitions where we will even reverse a whole sequence near the end of class. (I had a lot of fun creating this one for you). Although the class is powerful and energising - here we keep a strong foundation towards a calm mind. Reminding ourselves that we are strong yet light, dynamic yet weightless in our asana practice.

A power yoga flow which works from the front to the back of the mat. This is a strong ashtanga/vinyasa inspired flow. We shall learn about the flexibility and active strength of our hip adductors and hip abductors. What helps you draw in versus extending out from the hip line. A practice for students who already have a strong practise. (Prepare to flow!)

Read MoreI for My
A power yoga flow which looks at Patanjali’s yoga sutra on ‘the cause of avoidable pain’… the difference between the seer (purusha) and the seen (prakriti). Patanjali cleverly identifies how we can get confused between the ever changing self - and that which never changes (atman/purusha). An interesting phycological concept on how we tend to use the word ‘i’ as in ‘I am this, I am that’ versus ‘my body does this’, ‘my body does that’. A new interesting thread to lead you through this potent and heart warming vinyasa.
