Embrace
This cool vinyasa flow will look closely at the parasympathetic nervous system. Here we shall step into calm, and embrace the warmth of a slower more generous vinyasa practice. Starting with some pranayama, followed by a creative yet grounding flow that is sure to set you up for the day. Expect lots of quad stretches throughout in this slower flow. YUM!

Here to take a look into perspective. Taking todays theme from a new Netflix show called Abstract - the art of design. Here Olafur Eliasson looks at how perspective is created, how art requires three main things, the object, the seer (you the lens) and finally maybe most importantly LIGHT. In this vinyasa flow we take a closer look.

A strong and vibrant vinyasa practice which looks closely a resilience. Our bodies ability to stand firm and steady. When I mention body I of course mean both the mind and the physical self, and how a dynamic practise of power yoga can represent the minds ability to hold fast, yet stay calm. The mind and body are one of the same - they are intertwined. Can we sense into this concept as we flow, as we rest in the assurance of our own strength.

A steady vinyasa which looks closely at our sense of control versus our intentions which focus the mind. It’s a tricky parallel to think about while floating from pose to pose but this vinyasa is slow enough to direct awareness into one stream of thought. What really is the difference between our ability to focus AND our abilities to find control - are these interlinked? Or can we find focus with a sense of ease? Enjoy this creative vinyasa, full of twists, turns, hip stretches like skandasana and full spinal stretches like anahatasana.

Read MoreReverse It
This is a strong ashtanga/vinyasa inspired flow, expect lots of fun transitions where we will even reverse a whole sequence near the end of class. (I had a lot of fun creating this one for you). Although the class is powerful and energising - here we keep a strong foundation towards a calm mind. Reminding ourselves that we are strong yet light, dynamic yet weightless in our asana practice.

A slower nourishing vinyasa practise today. Remove any sense of rush in this free flowing, continuous dance of breath. Here we really check in with how the body feels at the beginning of class, compared to the end. With keen awareness feel the body shift and adjust to this quieter flow. (perfect for when you want to move but not over exert yourself!)
