Calm Storm

How can we stay calm in a dynamic practise, remain focused, present, yet light and grounded. There are a multitude of elements which create ‘a balanced practise’; Feel the space sink into density against the solid form of matter (bone, tissue) reach up into lightness. This is a strong vinyasa practise, working through the front abdominal muscles in an array of side planks and fun transitions from wild thing to warrior 1. Enjoy this physical practise but keep reminding the mind to stay steady and focused. Take your time, rest when you need to.

A strong power yoga flow, focusing on the present moment - its a gift. So much of what we are practicing for, search for is the beauty within presence. Density & Space

A warm vinyasa focusing on the balance between density of form, foundation and firmness against the lightness of space. We live a lot of live in the physical, focusing on our ‘heaviness'‘ / what we can feel against the skin but can we invite a sense of weightlessness, notice when the spaces expand within the cells as the breath draws in. Here we work through a creative variation of Sun B, into a multitude of Warrior 2 transitions and finally finishing with some deep hip stretches. This practise is warm, quietly challenging with some intense twists and playful balances.
