A powerful vinyasa flow which will move you through a strong yet playful sequence. Enjoy a slight alteration to traditional vinyasa flow as we follow the right side body through an array of standing sequences before approaching the left side. A flow to balance the three gunas ( 3 x forces of nature) upon the body, can we seek to stay anchored in the satvic state, notice and ride the waves of Tamas (inertia) and Raja (dynamic) energies in this dance like vinyasa. Power yoga isn’t for the faint hearted, this will challenge you yet leave you energized and focused.

This practise is sacred; in our commitment to the practise we fill up our own reserves so that we can go out into the world and serve each other. Therefore the process of ‘offering up’ the poses or time on our mats is a way of becoming more unattached from the physical self. Ideas of grasping and holding tightly to past experiences becomes lost to the nectar of presence and the qualities of selfless work.
