Into Splits
Here we dive into the hip flexors and hamstrings. Looking at a variety of entry points into splits with the combination of internal v external rotation of the upper thigh muscles. Bring as much support as you need to finish and pause the final stages of the practise in Hanumanasana (full grounded splits). This class is for everyone and should be seen as a progression, with patience and softness learn to sit with internal resistance for this mighty peak pose!
