Let’s move with compassion as we unfurl the limbs from standing into seated and back again. This water practice moves at a steady pace, front to back around the whole mat. Tune in the natural state of your body, it’s wondrous form and buoyancy as we let go of rigid postural cues and colour outside of the lines! This is a personal favourite when I want to feel physically creative yet grounded.
