Happy Feet
A warm vinyasa designed to wake up your feet! We often ignore our incredible feet by shoving them into shoes and forgetting just how much they assist our agility and sense of grace. Working with ankle rotations, heal balances as well as inner arch extensions we move through an invigorating vinyasa to ignite all the muscles surrounding the feet. Starting with a creative variation on Sun salutation B and working towards some peak poses such as bound half moon and natarjasana. Here we find binds that bring us closer to our feet.
