Quick Blitz

The majority of this flow is standing, a short practise to get your body moving and fully stretched out. We’ll be looking into shoulder openers, extending the side body and Badha Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana – bound Standing split! This is an open level class, with options to handstand and to take strong binds. If you have tight shoulders have a strap or belt at hand. This is a fun flow with a bit of everything if your short of time!

Binding helps the body find stability and a sense of peace whilst maintaining a strong foundation. This is a steady practise to notice little pockets of stillness in the strength of a pose. Flow from the front of the mat to the back with an essence of calm and reassuring integrity whilst looking into some funky down dog balances.
