This is a playful practise, expect to build heat as you flow through surya namaskar A and creative B variations. Philip Shepherd (who wrote Radical Wholeness) describes the body as a bell. Can we increase space within and surrounding us? So we can vibrate at a higher frequency and sense more clearly? The more we expand and flex the more we can feel into our resonance, our vibration which connects us to the world passing through us.
