Happy Elbows
Where does your bliss live? In your elbows perhaps? This practice still runs along the same lines of Annamaya kosha- our physical sheath, where we’ll send our awareness into the most hidden and obscure parts of the self…. even your elbows :)
Recording from Monday 31st Jan.

Dynamic Vinyasa
Can we move with just enough effort. Can we watch as we arrive into a pose, feel the sensation of being held and then ride the wave as parts dissolve away. This is a dynamic practise looking at a variety of twist to wake up the heart. Looking at a creative variation on sun B’s, a playful transition into Prasarita and strong split legs into pincha. A fun, warming practise to wake up your soul and feel into our ground of awareness - with just. enough. effort. A test of staying calm in the eye of the pose!

Dynamic Flow
Looking at our thoughts as feeling not as ultimate truth. This is a strong, fiery flow looking at back bends, open twists and a strong variations in standing splits. Here we draw our awareness to our thoughts, so much of yogi philosophy points towards the words ‘you are not your mind’ but how can we channel this into practise? How often do we begin a thought with ‘i am’? How can we move into neutrality, a calm state so we can begin to decipher what is real and true against what is emotional and reactive. This is a warm practise.

Dynamic Flow
This is a playful practise, expect to build heat as you flow through surya namaskar A and creative B variations. Philip Shepherd (who wrote Radical Wholeness) describes the body as a bell. Can we increase space within and surrounding us? So we can vibrate at a higher frequency and sense more clearly? The more we expand and flex the more we can feel into our resonance, our vibration which connects us to the world passing through us. Yogis should expect a lot of movement, a lot of sweat and more importantly, a lot of fun. Handstand option is given, but of course is completely optional. Enjoy my fellow yogis!

Dynamic Flow
A playful, nourishing practise full of twists, frog hops and some yummy binds. This class gazes into our internal environment, increasing our panoramic view of our whole self. We are so culturally a-tuned to moving from the mind outwards, but how can we contemplate our inner wisdom, listen and feel from the inside out. Enjoy, this is a fun practise suitable for all levels.

Dynamic VInyasa
A strong flow which plays with the concept of Tejas - our inner lightening. Looking at multiple twists, dynamic transitions and plenty of opportunities to invert. How can we feel into our own internal fire? How can we see that our practise is a reflection of our own internal glow, our capacity to lean into strength and vitality.
