Our mind is full of waves, pattern upon patterns of reflections caught from the outside world but what arises when we really focus on what is catching all of these thoughts; the great field of awareness itself. Like the other impurities, this consists of cognitive error whereby some actions are categorically labelled as good and others as bad. Have you ever done that in your practise? i.e labelled child-pose as weak/ bad? Inversions as good? This guided time on your mat will allow a little thinking time. Help us see that no single action is either always beneficial or always harmful in every circumstance?
