Rebound
A creative vinyasa, which looks into how the mind can rebound back into our centre. We all have our own way of rebounding back - to refill our cup. But can we do this while exerting ourselves in our practise? Here we move though a dance like flow, moving from Warrior 3 into Warrior 1 whilst working through some side strengthening poses and asymmetrical lines.
