Ibiza Yoga & Food Retreat

Come and join us in idyllic Ibiza for a beautiful week of all things yoga – dynamic vinyasa flow asana, nourishing slow flow asana, indepth workshops, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation and chanting and delicious food cooked by award winning chef Sal. 

Over 5 glorious nights there will be morning and evening asana practice as well as 2 extra daytime workshops to help you dive a little deeper and a healthy cooking workshop with head chef Sal, founder of Breadren.

On this retreat, you get two teachers for the price of one, making the student to teacher ratio 4:1 and as we both offer something a little different there will be plenty of variety and time for individual attention for help with your alignment, for a philosophical debate or simply to sit with an orange juice together by the pool.

We know the word “retreat” means different things to different people, you might want to spend time alone or with others, you might want a week to detox or maybe time to let your hair down, you might want to eat only vegetables or only chocolate.

With that in mind, we encourage you to join in with as many or as few of the activites as you wish. If you’d rather have a lie in than come to yoga, get cosy and enjoy catching those extra zzz’s. But if you wanted even more activity, we are all available for reduced price 1:1 yoga and cooking sessions during the retreat.

THE VILLA Calle Las Dalias, Santa Eulalia, Ibiza

The villa is a spacious and comfortable family home, with many happy memories within its very fabric. There are 4 ensuite twin rooms, so we have space for 8 attendees sharing with each other.

Yoga sessions and workshops will take place on the rooftop veranda, with stunning views out to sea and there’s a cool swimming pool to help you escape the hot Spanish sun. There are cosy indoor spaces for relaxing and a communal dinner table where we will laugh together in the twilight hours.

A short beautiful walk away are beaches, a lovely harbour, spas, shops and many cafes, bars and restaurants.


Dynamic Solar Flow

Each morning we will greet the sun and welcome a new day with energising pranayama breathing exercises and a fun, flowing vinyasa sequence. You will learn new ways to strengthen and lengthen, to find flight in your practise and free the body of painful posture habits. The classes will be suitable for all levels.

Gentle Lunar Flow

We will welcome dusk with a nourishing slow flow sequence, inspired by yin yoga, vinyasa flow, dance, Pilates and tai chi. These sessions will include meditation, yoga nidra and chanting, to balance the body, mind and spirit. The classes will be suitable for all levels.

Yoga Workshops

We will explore a few topics with more depth in our two extended workshops. The exact topic will be decided upon by the group and options include Playful Inversions, Shoulder Strength and Stability, Core Conditioning, How to Backbend and Hips and Splits. These workshops will give you plenty of ideas on how to progress your practice and work around any injuries or limitations you have.

Cooking Workshop

The group will be guided by chef Sal to create a delicious dinner, learning more about how to pair flavours, choose seasonal produce and prepare vegetables in efficient ways that optimise their maximum taste potential. All dietary retrictions will be worked around, so  no matter what you like to eat there will be something suitable for you.


All of the food will be lovingly prepared by Sal, who is the head chef and founder of Breaden. She was trained at the renowned Leith’s School of Food and Wine and she finds inspiration from her African and Indian heritage as well as her London roots to create flavours that are truly unique, seeing her win awards and gain a reputation for being a talented cuisinière.

She refers to her style of food as “inclusive eating” as she caters for those who want to live sugar free, vegan, dairy free and gluten free as well as those looking for more indulgent, classic treats. All too frequently free-from foods are lacking in the taste and texture categories and are often filled with processed alternatives and artificial sweeteners and flavourings. She lets the natural beauty of her ethically sourced, seasonal ingredients shine through, you have to taste it to believe it!

Our incredibly talented chef will prepare you simple, varied and delicious meals every day with all food being vegetarian with vegan options. Breakfast will mostly be granola, fruit platters, fresh bread, condiments and smoothies and a few home baked healthy muffins. Lunch will be a fresh, tasty salad and something healthy to satisfy your sweet tooth and dinner will be seasonal vegetarian and vegan salads, stews and platters.

The group will go out for 2 evening meals and 1 lunch (not included in the price), although if you would prefer to stay at the villa for some quiet time there will be plenty of food for you to cook for yourself.


After you’ve paid the deposit, the remainder of the balance can be paid however you like, either in one lump sum or in instalments, as long as the balance is paid 3 weeks before the retreat starts.

(All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of your place on the retreat made 10 weeks before will result in a refund of the full amount less the deposit and any cancellations made less than 10 weeks before the retreat are non-refundable. Places are transferable if you find someone who would like to take your place.)


15 hours of yoga classes, 2 yoga workshops, 1 cooking workshop, 3 evening meals, 3 lunches, 5 breakfasts, non-alcoholic drinks, bed linen, towels and two very lovely yoga teachers!


Flights and transfers, taxis for any day trips you choose to take, travel insurance and toiletries. Alcohol isn’t provided but isn’t forbidden!

We prefer our students to bring their own yoga mats and props, for hygiene and in case you want to take your equipment off on day trips to the beach, but if this is tricky for you we can absolutely provide them.


We will all have a limited number of slots available for 1:1 sessions, which must be bought before you arrive, at the very reduced rate of £40 an hour. We can work on anything you wish during this time, our skill set including cooking, yoga, Pilates, personal training, meditation, yoga nidra and yoga teacher mentoring.

A Retreat Newbie but open to new experiences so signed up to join Izzie in Ibiza. My objective was to improve flexibility and gain a renewed sense of confidence in my aging body!  Both were achieved over the week along with a deep sense of relaxation.

Izzie has such passion for yoga that it fills the space around her and she sprinkles her fairy dust on students to instill a yearning to learn more and achieve the best they can as individuals. She has a calmness and an energy which bring different dimensions and qualities to her class so that each one is unique.

I left feeling rejuvenated, fit and healthy in body and mind.

I had a wonderful time on the yoga retreat in Ibiza with Izzie and Corrie. The yoga practices throughout the week were the perfect mix of energising and calming – just what you need to chill out.

Izzie is amazing and knowledgable, she answered all my questions. The workshops were incredible! So nice to dive deep into something you normally just rush through in practices and spend time perfecting the basics. Izzie is friendly, lovely and warm. Such a wonderful atmosphere all week. Lots of smiles and lovely chats over dinner. I would sign up to another retreat in a heartbeat.
