Join Izzie Lankester to face your fears of falling and build a strong foundation for going upside down. Sometimes there is not enough time to explore inversions in a 1 hour class. In this workshop you will learn all the necessary tools needed to develop a confident and safe inversion practice. During the workshop you will learn about correct alignment, setting a solid foundation and how to develop your own personal practice. The workshop will begin with a dynamic vinyasa practise to warm up the body, before going on to look further at inversions such as crow, side crow, headstand, handstand and more. With a playful intention, you will work on gaining the stability and grace of being upside down. This workshop is open to all levels.
