5th-8th November 2020
This retreat is an immersion into a wide range of practises to help us reconnect with ourselves. We have the space and time to explore yoga asana, embodied movement principles, chanting, meditation and breath work. I am so lucky to be joined by the very talented Sal Dhalla who will be providing the most delicious fresh, organic, vegan food.
All of the food will be lovingly prepared by Sal, who is the head chef and founder of Breaden. She was trained at the renowned Leith’s School of Food and Wine and she finds inspiration from her African and Indian heritage as well as her London roots to create flavours that are truly unique, seeing her win awards and gain a reputation for being a talented cuisinière.
Set across 25 acres, the Pulborough Estate ground is a beautiful setting for the warm and welcoming West Sussex Yoga Barn. The wildflower meadows and unique birdlife are just breathtaking, providing you with the satisfaction of being in the countryside but also conveniently only one hours drive from London. The hum of nature, birdsong and the green everywhere offers us the most spectacular setting for our retreat experience. It is also near beautiful beaches perfect for hiking, cycling, ballooning and many more activities.
The retreat is designed to offer a space in which yoga practitioners can take their practice deeper.
