Isabel has through her own personal experience become skilled in helping her students to return home in their own body, to get anchored in the root of their heart and to embody their own individual consciousness through breath and movement.

Isabel teachings are rooted from her experience, physically challenging and deliciously creative to support each student’s personal style, with deep focus on finding connection between our yoga practice and the ‘real’ world; how moving with integrity and creativity on the mat can teach our daily selves how to skilfully manoeuvre our way through the dynamic currents of this lifetime, with authenticity and compassion.

Isabel is continually deepening her studies with her main teachers who include Naomi Absalom, Tara Judelle, Mark Kan and Ambra Vallo. She is currently residing in London, where she leads group classes, workshops and retreats.
